Memories

Here's a game, and a good way to add a post on a boring week when I don't have much to post about.

1. As a comment on my blog, leave one memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you knew me a little or a lot, anything you remember!

2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It's actually pretty funny to see the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you're playing the game and I'll come to your blog and leave one about you.

I remember going to the movies with you and your roommates. Especially The First Wives Club. I remember you guys laughing the entire time while I just didn't get it.

Most of my Kristi memories can be summed up in a few fabulous words: 1995. The Glenwood Apartments.

Oh the memories! Many, many trips to Lake Powell and Manon. Washing our hair with Miracle Whip. Cruising main and stopping the car at any random spot to get out and dance around it. Beating our aggression out on stuff while listening to Green Day. I believe the very hot ride in the car with the heater on was going to California? And the car broke down and we stayed at a hotel in the middle of nowhere.

Remember when people would drive by us walking and just wave at us? Before we turned 16, we swore we'd give everyone a ride when we could drive. So, we used to drive around and pick up anyone walking because we always felt so sorry for ourselves when we had to walk everywhere. Clear over to your house from the high school!

There's more memories, but this is long enough already.

Ok, so remember one Christmas I was dying to talk to you without husbands and we ditched our husbands in the mall to go shopping together while they were together? I don't remember what it was that we talked about but it was super funny to see both Jeremy's try find something to do together in the mall. lol.

I just remember always wishing I was cool enough to hang out with you, so some of my favorite memories were the times that you let me tag along. One time we were in Provo for some reason, you were in high school, me in middle school and you let me go to a movie with you, Bev and Cordell; I thought I was pretty cool. I also remember when you were newly married and Nicole and I came to Provo and stayed with you and Jeremy for a week and we had SO much fun!
